Ron created his original website in 1999 for the school board election in Frederick County, MD. The world moved on, but the website did not.

Ron is now a member of the city council, General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources (and a few other things) for an international construction and manufacturing company, and a frequent speaker at national conferences on a variety of legal, technology, risk management and human resource issues.

Rather than migrate the old content, Ron decided it was time for a change, hence this new site. (If you are really curious or stuck in the 90′s, you can find the old site here).
